Quiet place. I have been to the Celtic Club twice once for drinks at lunch time and the other time for lunch. Setting: There is a dining place with a bar on the side. Atmosphere: Empty. This place feels like a member exclusive club It is always quiet and even with patron, it was still quiet. Service: Attentive and maybe slight pushy. Maybe because I wanted a quick meal. If you want a proper or course meals, this will be a nice place for it. Food: Chicken salad. Comes with chicken on top of bed of lettuce (just lettuce).
