Terrible service there is a girl with red hair who treated me badly from the beginning I came back because my daughter likes bread with eggs from there but she managed it with the other employee and they did not want to serve her they treated me terrible if the boss saw this those people would not it is good for your business they do not have good customer service they lack empathy
We had delivery at the office and I got a chicken Caesar wrap. It's disgusting. The chicken is old and dry plus the greens are wilted to the point of almost being rotted. I ended up throwing out. Worst customer service ever, the lady didn’t even looked me in the eyes. My iced coffee was full of ice and I asked to have light iced and that lady said « nope ». Go get your coffee somewhere else. Book a table now
Great place to get a grilled cheese sandwich whilst waiting for the Staten Island Ferry to depart.
