This is the BEST and most CONSISTENT restaurant in San Mateo. My favorite dinner item is the scallops......YUM. The staff is always been polite and attentive. This time I came with the grandkids. We requested that their food be delivered ASAP. They had a magic wand and our wish was granted. It was the PERFECT meal and they met all our needs. Very friendly staff!
Met a friend for lunch…. food was delicious and service was perfect. Have always enjoyed eating here for lunch or dinner. Prices were what I would expect to pay these days and good value plus the tablecloth and cloth napkins are a bonus these days. Definitely recommend as the menu is excellent with plenty of options and gf ones too.
Always delicious. Tried a new drink- Paloma special—fantastic! Butter lettuce salad is my “go to”-perfection! French fries and onion rings are outstanding. Their soups are consistently good. The meat and fish here are always prepared to perfection. I have never had a bad meal here and I eat here several times a month.

Nice outdoor seating, friendly service, excellent food with a variety of vegetarian options. The artichoke beignets were a highlight. Will definitely return.
Pizza was mediocre with very poor quality cheese and remaining dishes were poorly presented. Everything appeared to be a stew or ragout. Not recommended.
