Centrale - Table reservation

I visited the centrale once. it is a mountain economy in the best sense. the service was friendly and nice. because we were just on a baggage I can judge the food only from the view. there were large portions of good bourgeois mountain cuisine. our beer and coffee was good. I found a little pity that the coffee was made with a standard household pad machine. for that he was served nicely. who seeks rustic ambiente and eat in honest athmosphere is right in centrale. I'd like to come back.

I was once again here for dinner and can only say that it tastes good here. a great card with steaks, carvings, burger and co.But everything lovingly freshly made dishes. be it the 450gr steak with self-made roasted onions, excellent bratkartoffeln or a great burger that is really fresh and tasty.Here I go more often. it is very good price and the mood is always good.

friends had recommended us the centrale if we wanted to eat really good carvings, which are not prepared in the fritteuse.The carvings were perfect!handles, service, selection of the carvings, everything just good.This is something for those who want to eat a decent German dish in a rustic atmosphere.
