A gem in Biel/Bienne. Unassuming from the street, as soon as you walk in you feel like you’re in a local Galician bar. It’s a totally different energy. It can be helpful to have a Spanish speaker with you as staff don’t speak much English/Deutsch/Francais. Food is excellent (pulpo gallega, patatas bravas, queso y jamon, and the bocadillos are highlights), beer is good, and they have a great Spanish red wine cellar.
Nice place with real spirit of Spain and Galicia. Interesting enough that people speak Spanish here by default (my Spanish is still way better than my German, especially Swiss, so that’s nice for me . Great food : Just that sangrilla was probably the most expensive I have ever had (26 CHF for 1 liter
Increíble restaurante. En mi semana de estancia en Bienne fui 3 veces a comer. No había un día que no me gustaría nada, probamos tapas y carne. El lugar es excelente a un precio razonable. He disfrutado de este restaurante tanto como he conocido. Muy recomendable. Es un lugar fijo para visitar.
