Today, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico were playing in the Serie del Caribe, hosted for the first time in an MLB stadium, the Marlins' stadium in Miami. I asked several times if the manager could switch one of the many TVs to show the game, but he refused, citing that he was too busy. On top of that, I witnessed him speaking quite harshly to one of his employees.
He could have easily asked any of the half-dozen employees around him to change the channel, but instead, every TV was tuned to college basketball, which nobody in the restaurant seemed to care about. Repeatedly asked the manager to put on the Caribbean Baseball series in which DR v PR were playing at Marlins stàdium (1st time the series has ever been played in America in a MLB stadium). He continually ignored our request and his staff was afraid to approach him. Instead we were forced to watch two college basketball teams (UK v Tennessee). We asked to spare a TV , but again they refused. I love this place... but this manager has to go. If you hate hospitality, then pick another career path.
Hidden gem in Wynwood! This place is a must-visit if you have the opportunity. The tapas and appetizers are amazing, and they offer a great variety of beers, beer cocktails, and mocktails. The ambiance is industrial yet elegant, and it's also pet-friendly. Although we sat inside, the garden looks beautiful and inviting for a relaxing experience. The culture and history surrounding Cuban beer is fascinating, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I would definitely return!
My wife and I decided to host a post wedding brunch with a few of our closest friends and family here at Cervecería La Tropical and we are so glad we did. Gloria and Kevin did an amazing job coordinating our event with impeccable communication and service. Our food was high quality and tasty, and the beer here is some of our favorites in Miami! Highly recommend for anyone thinking of hosting an event here!

Today I visited the place with my family and the drinks prepared by Lazaro were very well recommended, the pizza and the tostones were divine. The attention from Lola is incredibly special. I recommend that if you go to the place ask to be attended to by her, she took care of us from the moment we arrived until the end
