Quality ratio very average price.Not enough soft white wine just for two so a bottle fund so I don't understand that the stock is not supplying in an establishment. Approximate cooking is cold meat where fish not cooked enough....You should have offered us to change places when you were told at two discounts the cold that fell on our shoulders......And to finish at the time of payment you had already prepared the note but a girlfriend told you that she wanted to pay the apero and you didn't know how to do it... so it's only my opinion but it's not normal but not at all. Curious of nature I am going to eat with a group of friends, I found the reception genial, received by the boss it seems to me, with humor all along the meal this gentleman made us travel on the plates of our great parents. For 20 € evening, incredible menu full of flavors and 3 dessert at the end. Bio and good local, guinguette atmosphere of our old village Bravo we will return.
We ate with my partner on Saturday noon. And everything was perfect! It took a simple but excellent pizza: fine paste, crispy and very good quality! Real tomatoes and a real slice of ham. I took the dish of the day with dessert. A perfect beef Tournedos: very tender and very well cooked (saignant)... then a assortment of 3 dessert houses. We'll be back with great pleasure!
Lunch in a couple, menu of the day: Friendly service, not necessarily the trade but voluntary. There wasn't a lot of people, so not too much waiting to see when it's armored... Flats without being extra ordinary are well cooked, fresh, local and/or BIO. A good value for money Go make your own idea, mine is rather positive

Being septic on the Bio we decided to come to eat at it's organic to crunch with INCROYABLE tarbes we were received as kings with a humour country in the countryside in the middle of town with organic products good and copied meals in less cost we will return very quickly as soon as possible
A must-see place in Tarbes. Explosion of flavor in the mouth, we were very well welcomed, the service was quick with a touch of humour local products , organic , we enjoyed a beautiful local meat and an excellent organic wine without sulfite . If you like copyy and homemade I recommend
It is not enough to say organic one should learn to cook. Needless to find excuses, please sell vegetables and let the real restaurant work. I'm not recommending.
We have a pleasant meal, with good products, very copious, excellent cuisine, very smiling servers. I highly recommend it. We will come back often.
