welcoming and efficient staff ......... yet in learning .repas refined in a clear restaurant and whose tables are not at all tight .a feeling of space .belle discovered on the midi has 12 € a single menu to you to choose the day that suits you best but attention mandatory reservation I strongly recommend to test this setsemt full of good surprises. we were 5 in dax cure and we super appreciated .
excellent restaurant for 12 €: entry, dish, dessert served by apprentices particularly well trained. Light room and traditional English service...Open for lunch from Monday to Friday off school holidays and one or two nights a week sometimes. Reservation required sometimes several months in advance because dax curists make it their canteen.
We had several lunches and dinners during the same week. Friendly apprentices, who do their best to serve us a good cuisine at an excellent price ratio. good atmosphere in a very clear local, but to avoid the days when the one that anniated in 2013 called the "big Balinese".

in a bright room the reception is very pleasant thanks to the freshness of young waiter students. tables are erected and decorated with a lot of taste. the service is applied and treated. the dishes and wines are very good. in a word; an address to be recommended.
This hospitality school, it makes you realize how professionals start doing and the same thing that we put reviews thinking that we know everything is good to go to centers like this to learn how to better value and better understand this trade

this restaurant works only with students (kitchen and service) but is of an excellent level food and service in the room. it works every noon and Thursday night off school holidays. quality/price ratio excellent Book a table now
