my friend and I came to the chair for dinner at the mlk day (a Monday when many places are closed in girdwood). we came around and sat right away. our server was very friendly and attentive. the atmosphere was lively and funny that you could say it is a local hangout, but still felt cozy. there is a large selection of local beers. we ordered the spinat artichoke di with healbutt to start and it was amazing! it came with four small slices of roasted brot and our server also brought a basket of tortilla chips to eat with the dip (without asking us) while we ate the brot. we share the Heilbutt special for dinner that came with rice, sweet and the choice of suppe or salat. we chose the suppe tha...
my family and I ate here at our visit to the alyeska resort. a worker in the resort recommended it. it has a nice atmosphere for a family (am pm) and eating was really good. I ate the fidler crush, which is a hamburger with a chicken strip, hot wing sauce and jalapeños. it was really good. my wife got the pizza and it was good, but pretty average. our waiter took our job and we didn't see him again until the hostess told him there was a party on our table. he filled our glasses when he gave our neck so that he could at least say that he would try something. good food and service could have been much better. I would probably try again after I tried the other restaurants in the city.
First. Epic scenery, beautiful little ski Town south of Anchorage by This spot was a gem! Great atmosphere! A family-friendly sports bar/pizza joint with great food and a cozy yet festive feel! The staff was excellent; very attentive and friendly, always there to refill a glass or ask if you need anything else and how the meal is tasting!! Would highly recommend the pizza, as well as the Alaskan halibut and chips! Took my mother!
The food is good, albeit pricey. In all, it feels that everything is about over what it should be for typical diner fair. The service was good, however, and the waitstaff were all friendly and quick to check in throughout the meal. I’d say if you need somewhere to get dependably good food after a day of skiing, it’s a good spot, but if you’re in Anchorage I wouldn’t make the trip out just for the place.

Food was very good..especially the Halibut and Calamari. Drinks exceptional. Can't understand why Alaska has foot separation when it scientifically has been established by FDC that that only Feet is necessary. Would like to see at least one Steak of very good quality.
I had the mick nibble and it was so good. this sauce was amazing. reminded me of a Dominican hamburger with Chimichurri sauce. yummy! I think I heard karaoke on the other side. it was a funny place when they try in this opposite. burger and drinks = a good time.
Phenomenal place. Been eating here for years, hands down best burgers... Especially the california cheeseburger! Great staff and chill place to eat. They have a pool and bar area if you want to hang out and wind down. Highly recommend!
I made a last minute stop in Girdwood as I didn’t want to drive over pass in bad weather. Stayed nearby. Staff was attentive and kind. Good selection of beers on tap. Fish and chips was excellent.

It’s a local restaurant, with a very great Alaskan Halibut chips, It’s really good I totally recommend. The Diet Coke it was flat, take long for refills. No Wi-Fi and AT&T signal was very bad!!
