I was there attending a birthday party last week. There were signs of some building work going on the premises. But, there was a lack of general maintenance of cleanliness on the whole, and some parts of the premises were dirty. Ladies' toilets were disgusting according to ladies who used it. The mens toilets were more or less disgusting. There were broken toilet seats and water on the floor . There was no sign of general daily cleaning or any deep cleaning. I really don’t like to give bad reviews but feel I should try to help other innocent people from being SCAMMED. I recently booked this hall but had to cancel. Even though I cancelled a month ago (and within the time frame allowed) I still haven’t received my refund. I have emailed and called countless times to ask what is going on and to no avail. Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse communication! Would stay as far away from this place as possible!!
Attended a function here recently, I was very disappointed at the lack of care or responsibility from staff. Firstly, on arrival guests were told there was no parking, from what I saw the parking was being used by a large lorry and lots of crates spread over the car park, when we got into the venue after searching for parking space, which is extremely limited, we were then faced with an 'out of order ' lift.
I liked the floor the best it was so pretty. A lovely place to spend a few hours. It was on the first floor but there was a lift. I think they looked after us. The place was clean. It was a bit hot though that day!
