This is a solid KBBQ spot located near Knott's. There’s plenty of parking available, and the wait is usually manageable, except on weekend evenings. Their basic A menu is reasonably priced and features a great selection of quality meats, though I do wish they had cheese corn! The service here is excellent for a KBBQ place. Many restaurants can vary, but Cham Soot Gol is consistently good. The staff was friendly, checked in on us often, and brought water refills and cleared plates without us needing to ask. I recently had dinner at this fantastic restaurant and had an amazing experience overall. The food was exceptional, earning a solid 5/5 - I highly recommend trying the Steamed Egg, Brisket Grill, Marinated Beef, and the delectable Chocolate Ice Cream. The Korean Barbecue and La Kalbi were also standout dishes that truly showcased the flavors. The service was top-notch, also receiving a 5/5 rating. Great experience! From beginning to end! 1st timer! Food was great! The sauce they use for dipping probably the best I've tried from any Korean BBQ. Pricing is fair especially for the quality of food and service. Felt very welcomed and everyone and I mean everyone working there makes you feel welcomed. Service is great and food is delicious. There's never a long wait. I recommend spicy beef belly, egg pot, kimchi fried rice. All of the sides are delicious also. It's the best mid-priced kbbq Book a table now
