Second time eating at Chamber. First time we ate there was shortly after itâs opening. It wasnât great, but we chalked it up to working out the kinks. We returned on and learned that not much has changed. Off menu items werenât offered to us as they were other patrons around us, and I would have ordered it if offered. Food was just so-so. Short rib entree was way too heavy on red pepper. Told the waitress so and were not really offered anything as a result. Food was overpriced for what you get. Worst thing, for me, was I forgot my mask on the table when we left. I realized in less than two minutes. Was returned to retrieve it and it had been thrown in the trash. You would have thought...
I'm gonna get out of dinner next time. drinks are good, but the service was bad. we were not greeted for a good minen, then the hostess brought us water and our drink order. in this night it was not exhausting to just clarify. Brussel sprouts should be fried, but they were hardly cooked hard and layered in speckfett with little to no taste. I didn't have the laughter that was cooked well, complaining there. food quality was only not there for the price they pay.
Food was really good. The moment we got to the restaurant the valet wasnât available after waiting about minutes we went in anyway. The wait staff took about minutes to get to us and the waiter said he was just informed our table was his now. Once the food started to come things got better, the food was really good and met or exceeded all expectations. The waiter we got was good, so all in all it was a good experience and we will be going back again.
Our server left us for long periods of time (there were very few customers when we were there for dinner) and blamed incorrect drink orders on the bartender Otherwise, it was a great experience. Gorgeous space with great food, menu and cocktails. We'll definitely go back.

Went in on Valentines Day at Food was decent, service was not. The queso dip was super watery and resembled soup. Also, why would you advertise a âValentineâs Menuâ and not serve it on Valentineâs Day? All in all, sub-par experience.
Food was excellent but service slow. Took minutes after being seated for menus to come out then minutes to get our bar drinks. Another minutes for entrees (burgers) . Waiter was kind and helpful, I believe the problem was the kitchen.
Food was absolutely delicious but our poor server was swamped all by himself. In result, the service and drinks were very slow.
The service was NOT what youâd expect from a place that wants to classify itself as fine dining.
