I was hesitant at first to go to this food plaza after looking at the reviews, but I really wanted to experience the street-style food. I ordered from a chinese restaurant in the same plaza, but then I saw how this punjabi restaurant was preparing the meals live so I got tempted and thought of giving it a try. I hate how other places put cream and color just to make the food appealing so I asked the owner who was very kind and he suggested Kadhai paneer with tandoori roti. It was the BEST kadhai paneer I ever had in the US. Paneer itself was super soft and fresh. Overall it was spicy but the balance of other spices was just perfect.
