I am very shared on this restaurant where we came on August 30, 2021 in the evening... Feed Me Menus are a beautiful invitation to discover. However, the Chef should be allowed to be carried more by nature than a pseudo “intellectual” research of innovation. Wine tasting " Wine Me 5 Soir" is to be avoided absolutely. Too many oddities not in line with the dishes served, like this sparkling wine with the taste of "San Bitter" and horribly expensive. Opt for “conventional” wines in the Verre or other... The intolerance and the lie of the server! It is rare that the service can ruin you the evening, I mean, you really have to put your own.
