Before the points of criticism, I would like to begin with two positive aspects: 1. dishes are well cooked and do not lack originality. the chef "in residence", apparently an Australian, has been able to combine ingredients of French cuisine through asie. 2. This restaurant serves again after 10:00.But, all positive points stop there. Upon arrival, a map or menu is written in all small letters is placed on the table. the waitress gave us a long speech on the concept of the restaurant and she explained to us why it is wonderful (chefs in residence..ephemers, exceptional wines, etc.). she offered us the tasting menu for 40 eur or otherwise we had to choose a minimum of 2 dishes per person (mov...

We kept a great memory of our passage in 2016 and were looking forward to coming back in 2017 when we came to the ripe. and there was great disappointment. certainly the team has changed (this is the concept). But above all, the spirit is no longer there: you have to order at least 5 plates for 2 people (in view of the tiny portions), the sommelier makes you proposals, certainly interessing, but by failing to give you the price (at 8€50 the glass is not a detail)...So a good surprise with small grilled eggplants but the other dishes lacked flavors. an attractive setting, pretty tonic. average welcome, we hadn't booked! formula of small dishes imposed to share, overrated explanations and on played seemingly of the unbelievable blow on chefs and co...High-level partner with the tone and surrealistic explanations, prolix on the origins of the wines and wine growers making there again the suspicious speech! good and refined little copyy, the worst was the coffee cup in porcelain, certainly but a tiedasse sip alas not the very salty note! The food was absolutely divine. However, I agree that the sommelier was most arrogant. He did not appreciate that in the 40 degree weather, we preferred water over wine. One waitress also seemed constantly confused over what we ordered. The other waitress was very cold. We ordered the 'Feed Me' menu to be able to discover a variety of tastes which we much appreciated. However, neither the menu nor the waitresses took the time to explain what exactly it entailed. To this day, I am unsure if we got all we paid for. Go for the sublime food and put up with the rest.

a waitress pressed, annoyed and unheard of who decides for you, accompanied by a contemptuous sommelier who is pleased before making his clients happy, this is the team that took care of us. The charms of the concept and the place had soon collapsed. The dishes are elaborate and inventive, but not necessarily successful. simplicity sometimes takes over the taste, to create simplistic dishes rather than tasty. At the price of the bites, we expect better. In the end, 10% error on the note, and disappointment of a meal that is far from the ambitions displayed.

When the young generation, curious, generous, collaborative, inventive ... opens with much simplicity even more the fields of the possible. Very happy moment under the orchestration of luca which very nicely staged his passing chefs, and which made discover his wines that come from far from the beaten paths with conviction and cheer.

we took the feed menu at 40 euros, for 3 people. fresh and interesting products, but homeopathic portions. the table of 2 people next to us had the same quantities. wines offered from 8 to 10 euros the glass, which makes an expensive exoticism...Live home, but global disappointment,. high quality/price ratio. the products are of very good quality but everything is really too expensive especially in view of the quantity (you must have at least 2 plates per person ... or about 40€ and if you have little appetite ) it is damage because the dishes are really original.
