The girl taking my order was practically whispering while trying to confirm the details, and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. The total came to $33 for a Philly cheesesteak and a Chipotle Bacon Chicken sandwich with a side of gourmet fries. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the price—both sandwiches had dry meat, and the gourmet fries were soggy and overly salty. I definitely do not recommend this place; they really need to make some significant improvements.
I have always liked Charley's Philly steaks. But today the usual taste wasn't there. Maybe it's a one time thing maybe new cooks but something was missing. Also the server just piled a huge blob of mayonnaise which I think was too much and it took away from the flavor too. The staff was courteous no problem there. It's just the usual flavor of their subs was not there. I also miss the fries with seasoning they don't do that anymore
A busy day, on a Saturday afternoon, however management is the worst. The employees were just chill and not doing their jobs. The workstations were dirty, and plenty of cross food contamination. Dirty stay away. I like the restaurant just not this place. They need professional
The food at Charleys Cheesesteaks is excellent, but the service is very disappointing. They never answer the phone, often forget items, or get orders wrong. Today, I ordered three sandwiches and fries, but they forgot the fries. I tried calling them, but no one picked up. Book a table now
This is the worst place to eat, with rude service and no respect for customers or their orders. I strongly advise against going here unless they change the staff. If possible, I would give zero stars. I will definitely not be returning.
I spent about 20 minutes searching the mall for Charleys Cheesesteaks but couldn't find it. I'm not sure if the address is accurate. Although it says it's inside the mall, the directory kiosk didn’t show any listing for it.
The food here is absolutely delicious—perfect for the whole family! I highly recommend it. The strawberry and lemon water drinks are particularly tasty!
