I do love the food that this brand provides, but for 6 years I am aware of the problem with the management at this restaurant.. to say they are rude is a major understatement.. I feel sorry for the employees that wind up working here to soon quit after tolerating so much abuse.. All of the workers are super duper nice and I love them all!!! The food is amazing and I can say that Charley’s is the only food place at the mall with really great service and the best and nicest staff ever! Will be back every single time I’m at the mall <3

Racially profiling. Was not letting me swipe my card because the employee was thinking that it wasn’t my card for some odd reason. I hope people realize that they’re super racist and don’t spend their money there.

Got sick both times I've eaten here, worst stomach ache I've had in a long time. Charlie's is usually good, this location is not.
