Terrible experience at this Charley’s. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak $11.99) and upgraded to the Gourmet Combo $6.99), which should have been $18.98 total. Instead, I was charged $22.23 because of random “upcharges” that made no sense. I didn’t ask for any extras or changes. When I pointed it out, the cashier didn’t understand the issue, and even the supervisor insisted the charges were correct. Honestly, it felt like a scam to squeeze extra money out of me. On top of that, the so-called gourmet fries were tiny—nothing like the pictures they advertise. I also had to wait 25minutes and there were only 2 person ahead of me. Overpriced, misleading, and poor customer service. I won’t be coming...
REALLY disgusting male cashier taking food back from across the counter, and then doing food prep without cleaning hands or a glove change. The gentleman seems to be carefree and has no concerns with cross-contamination. And then the lady touching your sandwich handles the same items used during food (French fry) prep by the cashier- and then straight into your digestive tract. Apparently there is no management, and AAFES will not inspect their vendors. This occurrence was on 22 Oct 2023, at about 1500. Wonder how many people will be sick from Charley's foods today?
Went for breakfast this morning. I asked for a Sausage egg breakfast sandwich. The lady at the counter said they don’t have Eggs, bacon or sausage. I had to ask her to repeat herself. I ended up just leaving as the most basic component of a breakfast sandwich they did not have.
They had a DISGUSTING female/male assembler named Shasha and she/him (I don 't know what gender it is) put her dirty hair particles in my food, and I appreciate the extra protein intake, but I was not in the mood for that...

Charley's is not what it used to be. Prices are up, bread sizes are down, and less veggies are mixed in with the sandwich
The cashier was the nicest person I've met in my stay overseas. The food was impeccable, chef's kiss.
$5 for 4 mozzarella sticks. 2 of them the cheese completely fell out, what a complete waste of money.
