I was quite disappointed with Charleys Philly Steaks, especially after seeing the box labeled as the "#1 Cheesesteaks." The sandwich felt more like a giant hot dog topped with cheesesteak rather than a true cheesesteak. The steak itself was okay, but the fries were cold and covered in a lump of cold cheese whiz. The iced tea was just average. I might try another steak from their menu, but I'll definitely pass on the fries next time. Please stop advertising it as the best cheesesteak—it's far from the best I've ever had.
Charley 's is a place located in the Cherry Hill Mall food court. I went there last week after my Doctor 's appt. They make subs, french fries, etc. I ordered a chicken cheese steak sub sandwich. They put mushrooms, green peppers, lettuce, provolone cheese and onions (if you wanted onions) on it. They hooked it all up on the grill and let me tell you, this sub sandwich was FANTASTIC . Sooooo good. Definitely worthy of the five star rating I gave them. Can 't wait to go back again!!!!
Very disappointed because I love thier california chicken cheese steak but my boyfriend got the buffalo it was hair in it ate from here all summer never had a problem the lemonades are amazing also but this is totally unacceptable won't be eating hereanymore things like this happen when your not practicing proper ppe and we are in a pandemic due to covid ppe practice is veryimportant especially now but hairnets and gloves are number one in a environment dealing with food period.
I'm not sure what went wrong, but after eating at Charleys Philly Steaks in Cherry Hill Mall yesterday, I felt very sick. It was the only meal I had all day, so I believe it was the cause. I suspect Charleys uses MSG in their menu items since I tend to react badly to Chinese food, which often contains it. I used to enjoy Charleys when I lived in Maryland, but after this experience, I've decided to avoid their menu altogether.

I don't understand it, but I ate thier yesterday at the Cherry Hill mall and I'm sick as a dog. It was the only thing I had all day so that is what made me sick. I think I am alergic to MSG because every time I eat Chinese I get sick, so I guess Charley'suses MSG to cook. Ugh. I used to eat it all the time when I lived in Maryland. So I'm done , I have t scratch Charley's off mylist too.

It was the fastest place that I had ordered from and you could get to go or you can eat in the mall which is amazing and I had gotten to go and it was still hot and fresh when I got to the table

Absolutely NOT a Philly Cheesesteak!! Wiz isn?t a choice on the menu. Only cheese selection is American or provolone. The roll was toasted.
