I visited the restaurant last weekend and felt like we were forgotten about for a while. Initially, nobody came over to greet us or take our order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, my companion had to go ask for assistance. A waitress eventually came by and asked if our assigned waitress had taken our order, as our menus were still on the table. We explained that no one had come by yet, and she assured us she would take care of us from then on. Her name was Hein, and she was fantastic - friendly, attentive, and nice. I felt bad because it seemed like she had a lot of tables to cover. The food was good, with the salad being particularly delicious.
I miss the days of making your own plate at the salad bar but under the circumstances, I understand why we can't. My favorite things at the salad bar were the macaroni salad and the sesame noodles, so good. It's worth getting an entree and adding the salad bar to it. I filled up mostly on the salad bar fixings and saved the entree for another meal at home. The staff is friendly and I enjoyed my time there. Just sad so many locations have closed but it was nice to know this one was still open. My friend and I split the mango salmon and the dill salmon and it all tasted really good.
Came on a weekday evening, as I was looking for a medium-priced (not high-end) steakhouse. I got the prime rib and it was very good tender and medium rare as ordered. The salad bar (an employee puts what you want on a plate not self-serve) was exactly what I wanted. Service was good. It is slightly more expensive compared to similar chains for the same food (e.g. LongHorn, Texas Roadhouse), but they don't offer prime rib. I would return.
The restaurant is only decent if you go at the right time. Service and food are terrible if you go at 6:30 or after 7. The employees seem to want to leave, resulting in poor service and food quality. The waitress even admitted to me that the kitchen staff want to go home, explaining the poor quality of the desserts and coffee.

Visited Saturday 5/14, service and sangria was good, however I spent $150 on 4 people for food that was mediocre at best. I'd have no incentive to return. The quality is nothing like it once was
Found a roach in my salad and they tried to make it better by offering more of their insect infested food. Food: 1 Service: 1

We sat at the bar on Sunday around noon. The bartender/ waitress was the best so helpful and nice.!
