THE PERFECT RATIO. That's what makes Charlie's among the best burger joints in the entire world. Does it have the best burger patty? Not necessarily. The best cheese or onion or tomato? No. But, Charlie's has figured out the exact proportions to allow good ingredients to be perfected. Every bite of Charlie's has every ingredient represented equally and consistently, something that is very difficult for most other restaurants. I am always impressed by Charlie's Perfect Ratio, and will always make a visit to Charlie's whenever I'm in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
First of I came today exited for a milkshake and I see none of them with masks that's the first red flag then 2nd red flag the person that was making my milkshake a young lady she kept sneezing and blowing her nose and didn't onceWash her filthy hands!! She just continued to make the milkshakes I kept seeing her rub her nose touching the machine and cup putting her germs everywhere I was disgusted I wanted to cancel my order and get out of there quick. I will never return here again or recommend it for anyone.
Burgers are the most flavorful burgers around. Patties are small is the only complaint I 've heard in 30 years, so I get a double every time, but the taste and freshness is unbeatable. Tender, delicious, smashed burgers. Fries are very good, hot dogs are delicious, fried chicken is delicious, and the shakes are second to none! Enjoy!
I haven't eaten here on over 40 years, and I was not disappointed. The only thing is you can eat 3 single burgers or if you are real hungry 2 doubles. French fries were hot like they are suppose to be. I got the bunny special, and it is what I remembered it to be. I like when the bun is slightly toasted, delicious.

If you want a diner smash-patty burger, this is almost certainly the best place to get it in the area. Small dining area, but sparkly clean and cozy atmosphere. Don't expect dazzling plating presentation: that's not what this place is about.
The interior has a great retro feel and the people working there were kind, quick, and courteous. We had bacon cheeseburgers, fries, onion rings, and milkshakes. Everything was delicious! My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer.

Hadn't been to Charlie's for 40 years. It used to be on 420. As soon as I smelled the hamburger it's brought back so many great childhood memories. Best burger and milkshake ever.
