First time at Charritos with my fellow co-workers and it did not disappoint. Guacamole was made fresh right in front of you. Taste was vibrant. While I'm not a fan of soft tacos, the Carne Asada Tacos were cooked very well. Could have used a little more flavor, but no complaints. The atmosphere was still under El Dia De Los Muertos which felt off, but the view of NY makes up for that. Staff was respectful and friendly. I'd definitely come back to try a different dish. I can only imagine the vibe Charritos has at night, but I'll stick to the quiet lunch time slot.
if I were past the drinks, this restaurant would get 5 stars. their margaritas are on the spot for the price. the atmosphere feels calm (I arrived on Tuesday). it is directly over the bridge of manhattan, so the trip is short when they come from the work in the city. eating is really good, they can adapt it if they have food restrictions. it only seems to be a bathroom for all the sexes and the tables are quite small for large groups. definitely worth a visit on a Friday night after work.
The constant pressure to order main dishes from the waiters is very uncomfortable, given that cocktails and appetizers are being ordered, and there came a time when they literally took us out of the place, as if we were still in a pandemic, with meaningless excuses. The truth is, I have been to this place several times, but I think yesterday was the last and I will never recommend it to anyone. All this due to pressure from the manager Food: 3

Our first time visiting and it was great. Stopped in for lunch/margaritas and wasn’t disappointed. Nice location, great views, good food, great margaritas! We started with elotes and chips and salsa. We also drank Mezcalitas and margaritas. My boyfriend’s chicken enchiladas were fantastic and my al pastor tacos were good. Server was great and everything came out fast. Can’t wait to go back!

The main problem was the waitress. There was not coffee!! And they were out of tamales. I also have to give thumbs up to the nice gentleman that prepares the guacamole on site with your preference, that was awesome ?
Really delicious food and great service. The guacamole is freshly made in front of you and the guy who makes it really friendly. Highly recommend it.
