Chase's Place Cocktails Kitchen

Went in with low expectations after having already tried cocktails at other bars in Fredericksburg but was absolutely blown away with the drinks here. It was obvious that Travis the mixologist knew his craft and created each drink with care and was able to tailor them to our specific tastes when requested and as the night went on he encouraged us out of our comfort zone with some truly unique creations. His martinis Manhattans were delicious, his classic old fashioned hit the mark like few others I've tried but it was his white negroni that really stole the show. Absolutely spectacular. If you're after some good craic and a few drinks, Chase's really is the place.

The food and cocktails were fantastic. The service team seems to really enjoy their work and are stewards of the menu. The music being a shade quieter would've been nice so our group could have enjoyed the conversation more, but if it's just me and my husband, we're definitely in for repeat visits.

Very rarely do establishments present Great Food and/or Service. This place provides both, with a very knowledgeable bartender. Will be visiting again next time I’m in the area. 10/10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Enjoyed the food and the outdoor seating. Very relaxing. Braised Beef Poutine was excellent! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
