- **Sausage**: By far the best—sweet, salty, and utterly delicious.
- **Beef**: Well-seasoned, although it contained a good amount of cartilage and fat along with the meat.
- **Chicken Wings with Honey**: Excellent flavor and a generous amount of meat.
- **Lamb**: Not as well-seasoned as the beef, but I appreciated its hearty texture.
- **Cucumbers**: Tasted wonderful, offering a refreshing contrast to all the meat.
- **Chicken**: Although it wasn't well-seasoned, I liked that it was pure meat with no fat, which is perfect for my bulking diet.
Overall, my experience at Chat Jiǔ Hào Xiǎo Yuàn was delightful—from the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff to the unique cutlery and beautiful presentation. We tried the eggplant (highly recommended!), king oyster mushrooms, beef skewers, scallops, and kimchi fried rice. The portions were generous for two people. Every dish was tasty and visually striking. My top picks were the eggplant, beef skewers, and kimchi fried rice. Unfortunately, the scallops with noodles were overcooked, which kept us from fully enjoying that dish.
The restaurant has a charming ambiance, and the food is absolutely wonderful. The lotus roots were tasty, but the skewers are truly the stars of the menu—make sure to give them a taste! Also, be sure to order a bowl of rice to complete your meal. Our server, Jaime, was exceptionally friendly from the moment we walked in until we settled the bill. The customer service was top-notch. Jaime, you definitely deserve five stars!

The service was fast, and the food arrived quickly. The skewers all have a similar seasoning, but they’re still delicious. Some standout dishes include the Lamb Skewers, Pork Belly Skewers, and Cheese Corn.
