The food was uninspired and lacked the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine. The pasta was overcooked and bland, while the sauces were thin and lacking depth. The service was also lackluster, with inattentive staff and long wait times. The overall atmosphere was drab and uninviting, further detracting from the experience. The Espresso Martini, beer, and wine were all excellent. Three of us ordered the trio, while one person chose the lobster ravioli and praised it as outstanding. I stuck with my usual choices of a house salad, toasted ravioli, and a meatball. The only issue we encountered, which I've never experienced in my 65 years of dining at Chateau restaurants, was the minimal amount of meat sauce served with our dishes. I asked the waitress for more, and she promptly brought out enough for the whole table. Aside from that, everything was delightful, and the service from our waitress was exceptional.
I saw at least four mice running around the dining room tonight! I discreetly informed the manager, but she seemed completely unfazed. We've been coming here for years and have never encountered anything like this. I'm absolutely disgusted and shocked that the manager didn't seem concerned at all. It's clear this is a known issue. We definitely won't be returning and will be contacting the health department in the morning.
Had Greek salad with grilled chicken..very good. Not crazy about drink...ordered vodka with soda... tasted like chlorine..the soda must mix with the water tap. I'll just avoid soda next time.

Caution: There are rodents in this establishment. While I was sitting down, I saw a rat scurry right underneath a dining table. It was quite disgusting.
