We married this February 18, 2023 at the Château de L'Île and we are very happy! Everything is managed and perfectly realized, the staff is very oriented quality of service and customer satisfaction, everyone is benevolent and smiling and the service of very high quality. The dishes were tasty, all the guests loved. And finally, our formula allowed us to enjoy the spa and pool facilities to relax, it was really perfect. I recommend 2000%.
Nice hotel and quiet. Very nice staff. On the other hand, hygiene is to be revisited. Paintings and spiders everywhere, the toilets of the room badly cleaned without comment!!! and the pool joints are black the floor. 6 chairs and 4 chairs around the pool... very light. Restaurant good medium dish but dessert really excellent. Breakfast offered for my son very appreciable for the positive end note.
We have been going to this hotel for 18 years as soon as the opportunity to come to Alsace. We love this place and are welcomed each time in a nice and pleasant way. We feel like we're a little home. Thank you very much.

Nice house, nice place. The spa and massages are very well. I'm sorry the restaurant is full. Breakfast is a little expensive for what is proposed.
