Usually even the best have weaknesses, but this restaurant really is outstanding. The location (interior design) is classic but not old, spacious and with a nice view on the countryside. The service is friendly but of very high quality and all the staff are very attentive (glasses always refilled before we even had to ask). The food was just outrageous: I loved the legumes d ete, la sandre and the incredible cheese chariot. The wine list is not extensive but of very good quality
Everything about Chateau de Noirieux is perfect. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The bathroom huge. The grounds magnificent. The staff terrific. And then there's the restaurant what a treat. Truly a highlight of our 2 weeks.
Visited and stayed at the chateau and diner in the restaurant. Both a absolutely excellent, service in restaurant was second to none and phenomenal food, but staff not snooty or rude, and good fun.
