We have just spent a short week at Château du Bost. Wonderful establishment run by very professional, welcoming and very friendly staff working in a good atmosphere and this was confirmed throughout our stay. As for the table every evening, the Chef and his team treated us to varied dishes rich in tastes and colors. A farandole of delicious dishes accompanied by very good wines. THANK YOU for everything and we recommend this establishment without reservation, we can't wait to return as the region is rich in its landscapes and its monuments, churches and small castles.
Living nearby, we had never passed through the doors of this restaurant despite having heard only good things about it... it took my daughter on a cooking course to decide to go there. A chef who listens to a welcoming team, whether for our customers or for my daughter on internship. I recommend this quality cuisine which combines refinement and taste without forgetting quantities. A pleasure for the eyes as well as for the taste buds.
Here, we don’t come for one of those abstract things we call “experience”. We are accountable with the product, with what is good. We appreciated these twists without distorting the base product. Agile, graceful, the dishes come and go but are not alike. The chef put everything he wanted to say and what I feel is that the products here are cherished so it goes straight to my heart.
Very successful family meal, with a warm welcome and service and a very good meal. We will come back !
