A disaster from the first minute to the end…I am used to have great dinner but here honestly they are flying 10000km from the reality of a gastronomy. The only gastronomy here is the price but the food is elaborated without any senses. There is absolutely no taste in any of the plates and it seems they want you to get out in a very limited time, it was reminding me the school cantina… you move from one curse to the other like à racing…you have not finished your plate that you receive the next… the worst was that my wife was very much allergic to Gluten and did mention it at least 3-4 times during the order. She finally got sick as they braught a no gluten free desert which was not…. How can...
As a family experience, this place is pretty average. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to be told that as we had not booked a restaurant reservation that we could not have food the restaurant was fully booked. A little surprising that the restaurant was about half full. Clearly didn’t fancy serving any one else on a Sunday evening. Room service for a four star hotel? Non monsieur. They might be able to do a bowl of salad which then did not arrive. They could do drinks a waiter took 20 mins to arrive and then another 20 mins for 4 drinks to arrive. Maybe monsieur should think about driving into town to get food? Oh great any restaurants u could recommend? Oh no non they will all be shut. Than...
We booked dinner for 7 on the terrace and the weather was ideal. We sat at our table but then decided to move to the sofas nearby for the aperitif and it was no problem. We took as much as time as we wished without any pressure from the staff. Most of us took the first price menu and we were delighted by the food: explosion of combining savours, very good wine. Very reasonable price considering the high standard of the location.
