We choose between two entries, two dishes and two desserts. We chose the gourmet salad of the Landsberg (fats, shrimp, smoked salmon and smoked duck magret intake, very tasteful. On the dish, the top of pinetade with seasonal mushrooms, dauphinois gratin and vegetables of the moment. Too bad, the pintade net was missing a bit of cooking.
