I went to Chatime Hurstville train station along Forest Road. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced! It was my daughter’s 18th Birthday today and the server wouldn't allow my daughter to claim a free birthday drink because my daughter did not bring an ID card with a photo of herself because previously she hadn't needed one to claim the free Birthday drink.
The server did not even try to contact her manager when I asked to speak to him and I was clearly upset and frustrated.
The server was completely rude to me and my daughter and she had no manners. I showed her many cards including my daughter’s medicare card and her library card which did not have a photo...
