We friends visited Naplese Resturant HAMRO CHAUTARi to try some nepalise delicacy. We made a reservation however you don't need one. It looks like family run Resturant the menu was simple with drinks selection. We ordered starters, Main course and some drinks. The service was ok, the ambience of the place was good however only thing is the Portion size for the food , quality of food was just ok. There some of the starters are frozen. The Resturant needs to update the food presentation and improve the quality of food.
My first experience at a Neplalese restaurant and the food was amazing! If you are craving Momos this is where you come to have some! Fried, steamed or saucified, the full range is available here! On top the menu will cater for everyone! Noodles, rice, chicken, lamb, pork and paneer! The food tasted nice, a bit different from the normal Asian cuisine you'd expect. I loved it! I tried chicken giblets.. hmm for me, but my friends loved it! If you've never had it, give it a go!
Really disappointed with customer service. Took nearly 1 and half hour to arrive order. Ordered Chilli momo, jhol MOMO and vegetable chow mein. Chicken chill momo was fine but vegetable chowmein was too oily, no taste and the main disaster was chicken Jhol MOMO, the pickle (Jhol) mixed with MoMo was giving nasty smell, Was already off few days ago. We wanted to explore authentic Nepalese cuisine but got disappointed.
Had a dinner for four of us last Saturday.Have been there many times because of their delicious food but This time leaving a review so that it may help other food lovers to try their food. Pork sekuwa is my favourite of all . Great marination n amazing taste . Besides that their bhutuwa, pangra, chautari special set is also really good. Thank you to the whole team . This atmosphere cannot be found in London thanks to Mrs Joti and subarna for their good hospitality and the food they serve was really good nail biting please try chicken pangra , delicious Momo different flavours like khothe , steam , chilli (recommended). Chatpat and kathmandu beer as a stater . I promise visitor will be blessed with good food and hospitality.
I have personally eaten here 3 times, though my friends have been coming here for years. We all love the MoMo’s and in fact going for MoMos is what this experience is now called. Have just booked again. Great food, cold beer and excellent value.
Not my first and certainly not my last visit.... I like this cuisine and its flavours and momo soup is an interesting alternative to the classic Sunday broth, in my opinion the best one with chicken.... I recommend with all responsibility!!!
This is the best Nepalese restaurant food i ever had in uk in this last 2 years . Awesome food, awesome vibes and our sister is very lovely. warmly welcome environment . Feels like i am in my own home country.
