I typically do not write reviews for fast food establishments because, well, it's fast food. However, I decided to give this place a try twice in the past two weeks before writing a negative review. I was unsure of how they were able to operate efficiently with their automated ordering system, but I thought it may allow them to focus more on the quality of their food. Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, it looked more like a burger due to its dark color, unlike the usual spicy chicken sandwich I had ordered. This happened on both occasions and I found the food to be absolutely terrible. It felt like biting into a fresh, salty sponge, but even that would have tasted better. The service...
Came here tonight and bought a Texas toast steak burger and large fry. Let's be real: The only reason you should be going to Checker's for is the fries. They are unique and one of the best seasoned fries around. These did not disappoint, as they were hot crispy and fresh, straight from the fryer. The steak burger however, really wasn't that good. The two pieces of Texas toast was soggy from grease, butter and mayo. The Patty itself was dry resulting in this weird combination of a grease soaked yet dried out texture. The onion straws were alright, and probably the best thing about the otherwise bland greasy mess. Service was fast and friendly though, and the fries were awesome.
Absolutely zero customer service. You get your order taken by a robot and then the girl at the window doesn?t respond to ?hey how are you?? Or ? thanks have a good day? the only words she spoke to me where the total. On top of that my fries were cold and not filled up. Won?t be coming here again
Food was good but staff was typical subpart Checkers employees. Couldnt put sauces in the bag but could make the food. Exactly what I expect from Checkers. A nice treat was the automated voice taking my order so I didn't have to deal with attitude on top of not receiving the sauce I asked for ?

We have gone twice now and both times the workers are miserable, give attitudes and just don’t care about how the represent their store.I work at a restaurant and I was so surprised they acted the way they did . I could NOT believe it, someone really needs to reevaluate their workers
the drive thru is automatic and it would not let us order, so we had to go to the window to order what really was not a big thing. but when we came home, the sandwiches were soggy and badly made and there was no need for the hot dogs
The workers tonight get me all half mozzarella sticks (after waiting 8mins with no one in line) then didnt answer as i was calling them back. Smdh stop playing with people food, if u dnt want to work dnt get that job.
if I couldn't sit staring, would I, like this place has terrible service and an automated machine that takes it? if they order? re on a lunch break and have more than one order staying away from this place.

I like waiters for the chili dogs and she got quite decent dessert, so if you are looking for something for a sweet tooth and cheap, that is your place to go
I like the burgers but for some reason they weren't hot like normal, I love the fries here.
