This was my only negative experience during my visit to Miami and traveling. I feel like I may have been overcharged by the staff, particularly a large white gentleman around 30 years old. The sales tax seemed unusually high, possibly over 15%. To make matters worse, he handled various surfaces, including the cashier area and service counter, before touching my food. Upon reviewing my bill, I suspected an error in my order, resulting in a 15 20% overpayment. Terrible dirty lady looking place with unethical managers. Rude staff. Over cooked . Last time l went the manager was having a conversation with a customer at the drive thru window for more than ten minutes without giving him an order or food. He gives the driver condiments pretending to be taking care of him and never responds at the intercom for my order. I had to drive up to the window. Please avoid the gay Hispanic cashier or supervisor with black hair who has a nasty attitude. He had the nerve to say the order machine takes your order on its own.
