Warning:I placed an order on December 2.I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a Big Buford. I ate a few bites of my chicken sandwich before I realized it was uncooked. I called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to call the 800 number, so I called the 800 number and was told that corporate would call me because they had to issue the refund. It is now December 18 and I have called a few times, and I keep getting the runaround. I’m told that corporate will call me, and I have not heard from them. The burgers lack flavor, and during my last four visits to Checkers, the fries have been consistently limp and soggy. They’re never crispy anymore. While they still taste good, that doesn’t compensate for the mushiness of the fries.
The staff is incredibly friendly, but the food is consistently mediocre. I often find it lacking in flavor. Despite this, I continue to return because it's a convenient option for my lunch.
We got 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 of them were completely raw. COMPLETELY RAW CHICKEN, not even cooked and before we could check the other two they were already eaten. Absolutely insane.
