Absolutely terrible experience. I will definitely be reaching out to the store manager because everyone there was unhelpful and extremely rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They gave my food to the wrong person and REFUSED to take any action. When we requested a manager's contact information, they slammed the window shut in our face. Thankfully, another customer stepped in to help us get their attention, as they were completely IGNORING us. When they finally opened the window for him, we again asked for the manager's contact details and the person in charge at the time, Jose, claimed they didn’t have one. The bottom line is, it's better to go hungry than to eat here.
Checkers has delicious fries and burgers compared to other fast food restaurants. One thing I really appreciate is their special deals, which are always budget-friendly. I have a large family (there are six of us), and dining out usually costs us at least $55, even at fast food places. However, during our first visit to Checkers, we only spent $45, and 10 people were able to enjoy the meal! The Big Buford Sandwich is fantastic. Another feature I love is the walk-up window and the comfortable outdoor seating—it’s perfect for us.
The customer service is not always the best, but the food is consistently hot and fresh when I order. Offering more affordable specials could help attract more customers! Additionally, the exterior could use a bit of sprucing up to make it look more inviting, as it feels somewhat gloomy, and there's noticeable dirt buildup on the building and floor. Overall, despite these concerns, it's still one of my favorite spots for a quick, tasty meal!
Drive through guy very rude, argumentative. Didn't know what grilled onions were which I have gotten at checkers plenty of times with no problem. He kept saying that's how we fix our grilled onions, when they were raw. Then he kept asking if I wanted to wait longer for my food I replied I want what I ordered. The young man who brought me my order was much more polite than the drive though order guy. Not coming back here. Service: Take out

I opted for dine-in and ordered the Big Buford, which I really enjoyed. While the restaurant is mainly set up for drive-in service, the outdoor atmosphere isn't quite suitable for eating inside. The food was tasty, and the service was outstanding, even though it took a little while for my order to arrive. Overall, I had a pleasant lunch experience with a cost of around $10 to $20 per person.
The parking lot is awkward Parking: The parking lot was a bit slanted if this is the right location I'm thinking of. Other then that I parked near the dumpster and walked up to the window to order. There is drive thru of course tho. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
This restaurant has a fantastic location and has been a beloved spot in the community for years. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to visit. The cleanliness and maintenance are impressive.
