Ordered medium well steak. Taste was good, but a little overdone. But it seems medium well is subjective. Rest of my meal (baked potato and the Broccoli cheddar) tasted great. My wife's chicken tenders were undercooked, so was my mom's breaded fish. The flavored lemonades were bitter, like they use a low calorie sweetener. Service speed was ok, but after bringing our order, the server would come and go taking other orders but not even look askance at our table. The manager was nice and asked what he could do to fix it. I went here with my boyfriend today and every other time we’ve gone the foods been really good up until today. The mash potatoes tasted like ones I could have made at home. Same with the NY Strip and Sirloin. I never write reviews for places but this place had the worst steak I’ve ever had. I’ve even had some steak that was still edible from other places but this was the worst steak ever!! The server was very nice though and did her job well. But the food was straight up awful. The steak, the salad, the mash potatoes, the only thing I ate and enjoyed was the appetizer. Not worth even $20
Cheddar's has always been one of our favorite places to eat. The food is consistently excellent, and they offer some of the best prices in the city. The waitstaff has always been very attentive, and this visit was no exception. We have friends living in different states, and they all claim this is the best restaurant they have ever been to. As a result, when they visit, we always choose to eat here. Unfortunately, there are rumors that Cheddar's will be replaced by another gas station, which would be a real tragedy.
Was very surprised they weren't very busy on a Friday evening. So did get immediately seated, but from there on it went down hill. Our food was cool, half of our items were missing, several of us got ribs and they were very poor quality/very fatty. Hair in dressing. Our waitress pretty much forgot about us. Not impressed with the changed menu. I'm guessing others have had bad experiences, and that explains why y'all weren't crowded on a Friday evening!

We had a party of 40 for our dad's 91st Birthday. They gave us one waitress. Let me tell you she rocked the night. I wish I'd of gotten her name. She took everyone's drink, appetizers food orders and had them out within an hour. She never skipped a beat on refills and got all the checks right the first time. She deserves a raise and many accolades for an awesome job well done
Our waitress was outstanding—quick and attentive to our table. The food came out promptly and was delicious! I ordered the Coconut War plate with potatoes, while my fiancé had the steak. It felt like an upgraded version of Applebee's, although not quite on the level of Texas Roadhouse. Overall, I rate the food a 5/5.
I don't remember my server's name. But she was awesome. She took care of the bar and our table and carry out at the same time with no problem. She was perfect and anticipated anything that we needed beforehand.. She was nice and polite. I wish she was my server everywhere that I went. The food was also good.
It was a lively Friday night, and instead of waiting 30 minutes for a table, we managed to grab some seats at the bar. The fish was large and delicious, while the chicken strips were generous and perfectly fried. The coleslaw was creamy and flavorful. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I love this place! the monty cristo was not something I would normally get, but the nice waitress suggested it to me and now it is my favorite! along with the wonderful Painkiller drinks! please take care of them. they can only have 2 from a ground! and the cheese curds. so good!
My chicken tenders weren't fully cooked My moms fish was under cooked And the soda was flat. The manager came out and said they test the the chicken for a temp of 165 Well it's obvious they didn't check every piece.
