This place was definitely worth the drive across town! Croissants were delightful but messy and sticky some little hand wipe squares would be convenient. Ribs were the best dish tonight, shrimp was also good wish they served some sauce with it, Chicken Tender Platter was really liked by the majority, nothing to special for me the ranch was a bit bland, honey mustard was a win. It had been a while since I visited Cheddar's. I thought about going somewhere else to eat because my last visit there the food was lackluster. I sat at the bar for lunch this time My waitress was very attentive and cordial. Ordered Lemon pepper grilled, red beans and rice, green beans, water. Knowing that I had completed a great workout week I ordered 1 strawberry swirl frozen margarita. Absolutely delicious!!!! Since there was only 1 of me dining I got my food quickly. The food was picture perfect, my burger was so perfectly medium cooked just exactly what I was expecting. The service was just not up to par, we had an older gentleman Noble, I’m surprised they are not making the wait staff wear masks. I’ll be polite and say he was more spraying it and not so much saying it. He placed himself a little to close by pointing at the food on the table. I also asked for a side of Mayonnaise, which I didn’t get from my waiter. I had to ask another member of wait staff but by that time had come my burger was already cold. The great manager took care of all our issues. And my mom got a brand new pot pie and side salad.
Easy stop if you're heading into Albuquerque and need some food later in the evening. The food is only okay carrots were too sweet, green beans were too salty, and the pot pie had a strange combination of unseasoned chicken and overly salty gravy. I don't expect amazing food from casual chains but it was a really disappointing meal. One server handed my companion a hot plate that burned her hand. Overall quick service but a little unfriendly (the waiter cut me off several times during orders). The women's restroom wasn't very clean and had no toilet paper at all. Okay if you need a stop, but not a great choice if you've got time and options.

Great variety of food, but only one soup… potato soup, which was fabulous. We had quick seating for four, even though there seemed to be some waiting… but it was 1:30PM when we arrived… still fairly busy when we left at around 2:45PM. Our server was quick, we were just unsure of what we wanted, so our server’s patience was commendable. He had to come back three times before we were finally ready. I've never had a bad meal here. That says a lot about the place! I had the lemon pepper chicken which is only 520 calories and comes with 2 grilled breasts and 2 sides. I always save the second breast for the next day and I leave very satisfied and not heavy. They have a good variety on the menu and the atmosphere is ok and not too loud. We usually eat in the bar area so we can see whatever sport is on. I recommend trying it!
Cheddars always seems to have something tasty on the menu. We have the chicken fried chicken and breaded fish. Both very fresh and tasty. Salads were crisp and fresh as well. Only issue was the fries which were cold, hard and dried out. Seemed like they had been sitting on a counter all day. Other than that no complaints.
The croissants served before the meal were delicious! My Buffalo chicken tenders weren’t very spicy at all but no standout issues otherwise. The Strawberry Frozen Texan Swirl was tasty but pretty alcoholic. Service was wonderful and environment is atmospheric and clean.

Food was decent but I've had better versions of everything elsewhere. It wasn't amazing. Service was good even though it's always packed. They got a bunch of powdered sugar on my fries. The margaritas were pretty strong though.
Lemon pepper chicken is very good but some more side options are needed. Something creative outside the norm.
