I recently had a takeout lunch from this restaurant and it was a fairly good experience overall. The food, while decent, didn’t fully meet my expectations, scoring a 3 out of 5. Ordered a regular meal and received the lunch special. Waitress was nice and spoke to the manager. She came back and apologized for the inconvenience. Instead of charging for the lunch special that was served , I was charged the dinner price. Consolationfrom the manager was two extra pieces of burnt very greasy fish to take home. Hence to say fish went into the garbage. Didn?t have the patience to discuss further. Won?t be coming back. Poor managerial customer service?. I would have been happy with aprice adjustment.
We visited The Cheesecake Factory on November 8th to celebrate my son's birthday. We were incredibly lucky to have her as our server—she greeted us with a warm smile and treated us with kindness throughout the evening. If we have the chance to be served by her again, it will surely make our next visit just as special. The menu offered a great variety, and the overall service was excellent. On July 12, I decided to give it another shot and even added a special request for "more sauce." Unfortunately, I had the same disappointing experience as before. I really don’t understand what went wrong—this dish used to be so simple and delicious, but now it's overly dry and unappetizing. It's definitely not what it used to be, and I'm really disappointed.

Great place. Our waiter Mathew was the best. Food was delicious. A little warm on a hot day but other then that great experience.
