Ordered the crispy chicken chow mein (tasteless, no flavour at all), satay chicken skewers (sauce was mostly oil, didn’t taste like peanuts at all, chicken was dry and chewy), special curry (nothing special about it, didn’t taste like curry, more floury than curry. Chicken was dry. Pork was chewy and tasteless. Had to add own seasonings to make it palatable), prawn toast and spring rolls were average. Overall an extremely disappointing experience from a usually great place, gone very downhill.
The food was not good at all. It all tasted the same. From the curry to the ribs to the satay chicken. Even the salt and pepper prawns were in the same dark brown liquid that was not nice at all and that dish should have been dry. I wasted my money as I had to throw it all away. The soup was the only thing I could eat. The rice looked and tasted as if it was out of a packet, no tasted and the texter was like rubber. I want a refund.
Food was ok but it arrived 30 mins early and my wife wasn’t home. I did specify 18.45 but appreciate it may have arrived 10 mins early or late. Back to the food. The ribs were so tough and not enjoyable at all. A waste of £8 tbh. Chow mein was nice. I won’t be rushing back if I’m totally honest.
I’m sorry to say that was the worst crispy duck I have ever had. Duck already shredded and dried out. Served with a thin sugary flavourless sauce not what I would call hoi sin. Threw most of it away and paid £13 for that. Book a table now
Excellent service. Order came to 30 pounds. I only had 40 pounds. The lady went to the shop and got change and gave me ten pounds back. Excellent service and great food. Highly recommended
Disgusting. Rang to see where my order was and was told a further 10mins, and was rude on the phone when told him it had been nearly 25mins already
This was the worse Chinese we have ever had £50 down the drain as no one could eat it
