Ordered food thru Uber eats. The driver forgot my wife's gluten free pizza. We contacted the restaurant and as we spoke to the gentleman he told us that the pizza was right in front of him but couldn't do anything about a refund because it was through Uber. I'm telling you he admitted to the pizza being directly in front of him but couldn't do a refund for a $20 pizza. Why not go get the pizza, we'll we live a bit out of any restaurant delivery reaches and have to rely on this if we want to not drive the distance for food. My wife is celiac and can't just have a slice of the kids pizza. So so so frustrating and would give zero stars if I could. Won't be getting food again from here. The rest...
