I was going to order for delivery but then discovered the medium pizza was going to cost $25 before tip. I little shocked, I decided to pick up a couple of slices instead. Big mistake. The slices weren't ready yet. According to the only guy working there, he'd sold out everything already had had more in the oven. But the first would be done in 4 minutes. So I figured I'd wait. 10 minutes later he pulled it out of the oven. Still quicker than driving somewhere else, so I was ok with it. Then I discovered you can't buy just slices. You're buying a drink too, even if you don't like their drinks. Fine. $4 per slice. Ugh. Ok. Got home, and discovered the dough is still somewhat raw. Tastes horrib...
Rosati's Pizza offers some really tasty food! I love their pizza, and their mostaccioli is delicious. However, the customer service at this location was so disappointing that I don't think I'll order from here again. I called at 10:50 AM on a Tuesday to place an order for mostaccioli. Someone answered the phone and immediately put me on hold, where I waited for about five minutes before anyone returned to the line. When I finally got through and expressed my desire to place an order, the man told me to call back later because he was in the middle of a lunch rush and couldn’t take my order. Horrible experience! Called the night before and tried to place an order for 11:20 pickup time for a special lunch at school. They said to order neXt day at 11am and it would be great. Didn't answer phone til 11:05, placed order and said 20 minutes. Went there for pickup at 11:25 and they didn't even make them yet!! 12 kids without a lunch, seriously you lost a customer
I grew up eating this pizza and it used to be fantastic. However, it seems like the ownership has changed or something, because the last three times I've ordered, the pizza has been terrible. It's lacking flavor and is often undercooked—definitely not the same as it used to be. There are much better options available in the area now.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Absolutely horrible rude aweful people that work there. Talk s about thier customers! Will never order from again and reccomend nobody does again. Do not give them your buisness. Much better pizza places with much nicer employees in the area
The food is ok here. I did order some garlic breadsticks and they were delivered to me and they sure didn't look like breadsticks. They looked like fried dough with butter at the bottom of the box. I was very disappointed and I probably won't order this item ever again.
Just came home from ordering a cheeseburger, wings and fries and literally all three are not edible. The wings are gooey and soft and not even the kind we ordered, the burger was well welllll done, like burnt cardboard and the fries were cold. Sooo gross.
Pizza was ok. Nothing special. A bit spicy for kids. Expensive average pizza. Im not coming back. Customer service needs improvements. After placing an order in store, waited 20 min for one medium pizza (one topping) $18

The customer service was poor, particularly from a gentleman with grey hair and glasses. While the pizza was good, the service and the atmosphere left much to be desired.
