First of all, the food is amazing — my mother and I tried their restaurant last night and the waitress was amazing, made great suggestions, and we felt very catered to! Second of all, the owner, Katie, went above and beyond when we had a personal issue with our car last night! Ok, this place is amazeballs. Saw the interview with the owner on Fox4 who described traditional Taiwanese street food as “ugly delicious” and knew I had to try it. Chewology is anything but ugly, and definitely extremely delicious. Incredible cocktails. We will be back.
