Ok, this place is amazeballs. Saw the interview with the owner on Fox4 who described traditional Taiwanese street food as “ugly delicious” and knew I had to try it. Chewology is anything but ugly, and definitely extremely delicious. Incredible cocktails. We will be back.
Awesome vibe, dumplings and small items are great. Star was Dan Dan noodles but really everything was on point.
First time visiting last night, pretty amazing food. Lots of different cocktails to choose from. Will be back!!
