Amazing wine bar! Came here for some food and nice wine for the evening what a find! If you love wine, come here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the relaxing ambiance. I was taken aback by the wine selection both by the glass and by the bottle. The pate Iberico chorizo and cheese plate were excellent, with flavors that perfectly accompanied the 01 Chateau Gruaud Larose I ordered. Can’t wait to come back.
The service was poor and slow, the food very basic for these prices, and very small portions. The waiter was not nice with us at all and literally talked me out of ordering another plate, without recommending anything else. Then they said they were closing at 23:45 on Saturday night, even refused to serve us the last glass of wine and actually asked us to leave. Not nice at all, don't think I'll be coming back.
Four of us enjoyed a very nice lunch with desserts. The large portion of cod filet with fresh crisp cooked vegetables was perfect. The staff were friendly and engaging so they made the restaurant just perfect for us.
Its my second visit to Bacchus. Warm welcome excellent service. Friendly and courteous staff . Feels like we're just dropping in for a drink with friends! I will certainly go back again soon. Book a table now
One of the best wine bars in Geneva. Great wine list and service. They also organize wine and spirit tastings. Highly recommended! Going over and over again.
