I'll try to be brief. couscous is just passable (you can believe me, I ate a very good whole childhood). the smoulum is not worked enough, the broth is too fat. On the service side, fans of stereotypical folklore or even colonialist will appreciate, but personally, I find that doing belly dance by serving the mint tea, while singing "Zubida" of vincent lagaf' serves the cultures of the maghreb and the image of the Moroccan restoration.
