We've visited Chez Benoit several times over the past year and, each time, have been absolutely delighted with the food and hospitality. It's a restaurant, it's located in a suburban downtown, but it's a whole lot more than one would ever expect from a suburban restaurant. Chez Benoit stands as an outstanding example of fine (but casual) French dining.
I had an outstanding French fine dining experience in Highland Park. The service was exceptional. I really hope they can navigate through this challenging climate. It's important for us to support our local businesses!
Overall everything was great. The food was excellent. However, there was only 1 server for the entire restaurant (that was pretty busy for a Sunday night) and the service was pretty lackluster due to this.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here in every way and look forward to returning it's a 40 min. drive from home but completely worth the ambience, service, food, wine, and memories! Book a table now
