I usually don't like octopus because it's often poorly prepared and rubbery, but after trying it at Boss et Fils, I had a flavor explosion with a tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture. I can honestly say that I love octopus now! All the other dishes were impeccably prepared as well. The AAA filet with its mash... yum! To top it all off, the welcome and service were exceptional. I felt like I was among friends, warmly welcomed with spot-on recommendations. In short, you should definitely go and come back for more! We’ll be returning very soon, that's for sure!
We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.
Excellent venue for dinner. Professional, courteous knowledgeable staff. Jean our waiter made the dinning experience most enjoyable. Sal, the atmosphere and staff are exceptional. By the way, the steak dinner was fabulous. Very highly recommended. Bon appetit!!!!
Western themed steakhouse in Banff. Friendly welcome. Helpful and knowledgeable waiting staff.We had fillet steak and I think it was among the best I've ever had.Ambience was very good and the meal well paced.A really good evening. Book a table now
We had a wonderful experience at Chuck's Steakhouse! The food was fabulous! Our waitress, Sue, was efficient, pleasant, knowledgable, and fun! I would definitely tell anyone visiting Banff, to eat at Chuck's.
This place a hole in the wall with good vegetarian. The ambiance isn't great, but the food is good and the people running the place are very warm. The best item on the menu are their sandwiches.
The staff was outstanding, the ambiance was superb and the food was great. An very enjoyable evening. Can't wait to go back. It is a must eat here on every visit to Banff.
Appalling service..exceptionally sarcastic and rude waitress. Very pretensious and way overpriced. Would not go back if you paid me to Book a table now
