Chez Brume - Table reservation

the style of the kitchen is natural and delicate. so is the wine selection. the crab disappointing is somehow disappointing, as the crabs are very simple in taste, up to a point that even the purée can exaggerate them. So what is the point of the crab? the main dish is good, perfectly cooked fish. the desert is amazingly good and brings in winter a hauch summer to the table. good kitchen, good service, but I can expect more worth for the price.

the staff was very cold. part of the food seemed heated in the microwave. It was nothing special. the non-alcoholic aperitif was dirty water certainly not worth the price.
