We had a great lunch at Chez Josette (and Pascal) in Dieulefit on a Monday afternoon when many restaurants in the area are closed. It 's a smal restaurant that has the feel of a cave with vaulted ceilings and rocky-faced walls. The menu is small with traditional dishes, including this afternoon a duck confit and leg of lamb, preceded by a salad and charcuterie. Everything was fresh and tasted great. With cheeses as desert, wine and coffee, we left 48 Euros poorer and a great dining experience richer.

Ça se voit que c’est du fait maison. Cuisine familiale de bonne qualité. Rapport qualité prix excellent. Ambiance sympathique. Je recommande vivement. Juste un détail, ce restaurant a changé d’adresse. Il est à Montjoux La Paillette maintenant. Ducoup il y a une terrasse sympa pour l’été.
