While staying in Les Rousses, by pure chance we came across this nugget, a breathtaking setting. Nestled between two steep slopes, on the Franco-Swiss border. Lulled by the tinkling of Comtoises, the menu is simple and authentic almost exclusively composed of fresh and local products, how not to succumb. The service is family-friendly, generous and comforting, punctuated by the buzzing conversations of the locals who come to take time off from their work over a drink (or more). You will be welcomed by Maya, one of the most adorable Bernese Mountain Dogs wearing a Swiss collar coming from table to table, for us no doubt the mascot of this establishment.
