I had the caesar salad which was great and it was a generously ample portion. That's always appreciated!There was a really good band playing that night. Kind of an Americana style. The wine selection is quite good and the owner was there whom I talked to for awhile. Very friendly. He's Lebanese which explains the cuisine.A very neighborhood type of place with nice people. I spoke to several and they all live close by. Although I only had a salad, I looked around and the food looked really good. I was told the lamb chops are excellent. The beef and lamb shawarma was delicious. The marinade made it tender and tasty. Potatoes were properly cooked. Could not detect dressing on the accompanying salad.The beet salad was huge with red and golden beets and a great dressing with the arugula. The mezza platter was very good and plentiful. Very good babaganoush, humus, and mujadara. Toasted pita chips were also good.
Exceptionally ease. Curbside parking is ease. Getting a seat is easy. Ordering is easy even tho I'm still learning a lot about this delicious ethnic experience. The live music Friday nights — easy and very enjoyable. The delicious food was not over seasoned or too salty so it disappeared quickly and easily. The patrons are locals and friendly.
The food here is it really really quite good. I wish the outdoor seating was a little better. It was on a very seep steep slope so the table was tilted, very sharply and a lot more people ate inside so the outdoor service was a little slow. They did apologize for this profusely but I think in general this is a good place to go to

Nice gem in the heart of Albany, but easy to reach if you're in Berkeley too. It's more a wine bar than a restaurant per se, so artsy and cool with live jazz music and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommended.

The food was good but absolutely paltry for the price. The person who gave us the takeout was watching the tip amount screen which was uncomfortable.

Very rude host had a reservation for inside seating but made us sit outside in cold so we walked out . One should never go to this place
My favorite Indian food spot on Solano. Great food. Great service. I tried the lamb and the veggie samosa. I definitely recommend!
